Qualifications

George "Mickey" Bush founded Advanced Financial & Pension Solutions in 2001. Prior to establishing Advanced Financial & Pension Solutions, he was in partnership with SIEBA LTD for six years. He was responsible all aspects of the Investment Advisory & Retirement Plan Division.

Before joining SIEBA LTD, Mr. Bush owned Independent Financial Services, founded in 1985. He provided financial, insurance, and retirement plan services.

After graduation from Nathaniel Hawthorne College, NH in 1976 with a degree in Business Administration, he worked for the IBM Corporation until 1982 when he went to work for Metroplitan Life Insurance Company where he began his tenure in the financial services and retirement planning business.

Mr. Bush is a candidate in the CFA Chartered Financial Analyst Program.

Charlotte Dean Bush was instrumental in establishing Advanced Financial & Pension Solutions and is in charge of Third Party Administration (TPA). She is responsible for the day-to-day running of this business.

Ms. Bush obtained her Associates Degree from Keystone College, PA in 1976. Upon graduation, she went to work for the IBM Corporation in the Personnel Department where she was responsible for recruiting employees for the Endicott plant.

She worked at IBM for 15 years until 1994. At that time she joined Independent Financial Services until the firm partnered with SIEBA LTD.
